Summary:Indonesia’s textile or fashion industry are valued about US$ 15 billion with more than 2500 textile, garment and shoes manufacture located in Java. Vorekraft Company is one of a part from Fashion Industry that works to provide some sort of travelling gear or travelling equipment. This research aims to implement the Decision Analysis process of start up business, which in this case is for Vorekraft Company, to determine their strategy to scale up in Growth Stage of Small Business. Decision analysis is one of the method that usually used by Small and Medium Enterprise to find the most effective strategy, in rational way, to overcome the problem and help the growth of the business. Methodologies used in this research are Fishbone Diagram to analyze the root cause of business’s problem, Brainstorming analysis that used to identify the alternative solution, as well as Musts and Wants analysis to generate the most effective solution. This research is using qualitative analysis and the data collected from the interview process with the owner of Vorekraft. The result of analysis shows that (1) Vorekraft need to define the market objective that can relate the designer and vendor, (2) Vorekraft need to find the investor to enhance the probability of Vorekraft to growth, (3) Vorekraft need to find a new partner who in charge for operational management.
