With all aspect is analyzed, company goal achievement can be analyzed well.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> For that, Performance Management System is designed with Balanced Scorecard that monitored all company performance from Financial aspects and non-Financial aspect. To support Balanced Scorecard it needs applicaton based on Information Technology that can facilitated wider area and abundant data. text
