In this era, mutual trusts become important factor in improving organizational development so that able to remain to hold out and exceed in running organization business. Mutual trust represent important soft capital to be owned by company because the soft capital can become lubricant in course of sharing information that is needed to develop synergy. <br /> <br /> <br /> The purpose of this study is to identification the effect given by leadership type and permeability in organization structure to mutual trust between individual in organization. <br /> <br /> <br /> Data were collecting with a questionnaire that collects from 4 government corporate and 6 public corporate, which by respondent secret right cannot be publishing their identity. That respondents company located in two four cities, which is Bandung, Jakarta, Pekanbaru, and Denpasar. This questionnaire is a tool which is use to find out respondents preference toward his behaviors of their leader, and organization structure applied in their company. Respondents are the members of an organization with 1-year minimum of work experience and minimum education required is senior high school <br /> <br /> <br /> The result of this research indicated that mutual trust affected positively by transformational leadership and synergistic leadership, and this positive effect will be strengthened by permeability in organization structure. Transactional leadership will positively gives effect to mutual trust mutual trust between individual in organization if moderated by permeability in organization structure. <br /> <br /> <br /> Contribution to practice management that shows by this research is transformational leadership, synergistic leadership and permeability in organization structure has significant effect toward mutual trust between individual in organization. <br /> text
