The Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) states that the total length of the coastline in Indonesia is 95,181 kilometers. The coastline in Indonesia changes every year, including Eretan Beach as one of the beaches that is experiencing changes in the coastline. These changes can be in the form of erosion or accretion on the shoreline. Changes in the coastline can be mapped, one of which is by using remote sensing extraterrestrial methods. By using remote sensing methods, this shoreline change pattern can be observed. Landsat is a remote sensing satellite that can perform extraterrestrial mapping. The number of bands owned by the Landsat satellite is able to map the coastline to identify changes in the shoreline that have occurred. Landsat imagery can calculate NDVI values and Tasseled-Cap Transformation (TCT) which can assist in extracting coastlines. Analysis results from Landsat data show that the coastline in the Eretan from 2010 to 2020 has changed without a pattern. The average, minimum, and maximum changes at Eretan Beach are 39.029 m, 0.844 m, and 379.582 m, respectively. This change is caused by changing land cover in the coastal area, which is because the Eretan Coast area is dominated by vegetation. In addition, sedimentation occurs in the western and eastern parts of the Eretan Coast due to the presence of watersheds. text
