The research area is a geothermal resource development area. In developing geothermal resources, it is necessary to understand the detailed geological conditions and identify the presence of thermal manifestations in the form of hot/warm springs, hot water ponds, or steamy ground. Therefore, geological mapping and thermal manifestation mapping in the study area are necessary. The mapping method used is remote sensing using Landsat 8 satellite imagery and DEMNAS. Landsat 8 images in the study area were processed through a series of pre-processing stages, including radiometric correction, atmospheric correction FLAASH, band ratio, and composite RGB band. Landsat 8 image analysis was used to map the distribution of lithology and thermal manifestations in the form of Land-surface temperature (LST) analysis in the study area. The results of the Landsat 8 image analysis were verified using field data in the form of field descriptions and previous literature data. DEMNAS imagery was used for digital elevation model analysis aimed at interpreting slope inclination, river flow patterns, geomorphology, geological structures, and volcano stratigraphy. Based on the research results, the Mount Tampomas area is divided into 13 geomorphological units and 18 lithological units. The geological structures found were 15 interpretive faults. The distribution of thermal anomaly areas with suspected thermal manifestations was obtained, but field verification is needed. text
