The importance of this insight into EBT needs to be carried out in the realm of education, namely schools to broaden students' horizons. The purpose of this study is to be able to design interactive simulation worksheets (LKPD) and prototypes of Photovoltaic Power Station (PLTS) that can be used as high school physics learning media and to test experimentally regarding the effect of light intensity on the power produced by PLTS prototypes taking into account temperature, humidity, and air pressure. This interactive simulation uses a virtual lab, namely PhET: Interactive Simulation. This LKPD is to make it easier for students to do experiments and to help students write experimental reports using the PLTS prototype. The design of the PLTS prototype series emphasizes several aspects, namely simple design, selection of components (10 wp solar panels, scc, batteries, lights, and panel boxes) that are adapted to the criteria of learning media, namely practical, durable, easy to use and can demonstrate concepts that taught. The observation location is in Bandung where the solar panels are directed to the north, namely towards the equator and tilted with a variation of the tilt angle of 0º, 15º, 30º, 45º and 60º when charging the battery. In discharging the battery, lamps are used with various powers, namely 3W, 5W, 7W and 9W. Based on the analysis of the experimental results, it was found that the angle of inclination of the panel to produce the maximum voltage, current and power when charging the battery is 30°. The degree of tilt of the solar panels can increase the ability to capture sunlight during charging, thereby increasing the input power produced by the PLTS prototype. On battery discharge, the initial power varies for each type of lamp power used. This initial power difference represents the power required to turn on the lamp. Smaller lamp power can last longer than larger lamp power. In teaching physics, interactive simulations and PLTS prototypes can provide experiences for students to conduct experiments and learn the application of physics concepts directly so that build students' knowledge and provide meaningful learning text
