CGE is located in Cigadung which is near to the city centre. CGE site is positioned in a green valley so we can feel fresh air and healthy environment. There is also incredible attractiveness such as Cidurian River, natural spring water, views to mountain light, golf court and natural green site. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> CGE has 3 clusters to deliver a convenience by optimization site attractiveness. Each cluster has different market. Mini Apartment (Miniment) is for students who come from other cities and also for employees who work in Bandung. Miniment used as secondary place living so the price should be affordable. Next is Green Cluster for family as primary living place. Last is Villa Sungai for relaxing place. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Needs for housing in North Bandung is very high after several famous universities held private test and after Cipularang Highway operated. These two aspects are primarily encouraging Bandung City to grow faster, especially in housing needs. About 6,058 new living places, whether is primary living or secondary living places, are needed in North Bandung per year. Many new living properties are built in last three years in North Bandung.
