One of the laboratories that can test fuel and lubricants is Petroleum Testing Laboratory owned by PT Surveyor Indonesia. Petroleum Testing Laboratory has been operating for about two years however most of the fuel and lubricant test equipment in the Petroleum Testing Laboratory do not have a maintenance program. Carrying out a maintenance program is one way to ensure that the fuel and lubricant test equipment in the Petroleum Testing Laboratory can continue to operate according to the wishes of its users. Therefore, this bachelor thesis was made with the aim to make a maintenance program, especially for the engine performance test installation at the Petroleum Testing Laboratory. The maintenance program for an engine performance test is developed using Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) method. This process began with creating a hierarchy of the engine performance test installation. The systems and subsystems of the hierarchy were analyzed by answering the seven basic RCM questions. Personnel from PT Surveyor Indonesia was also involved in the analysis process. The final result of this bachelor thesis is a maintenance program for an engine performance test installation which containts maintenace tasks, maintenance intervals, and maintenance actors for each engine performance test installation at the Petroleum Testing Laboratory of PT Surveyor Indonesia.
