Therefore, this research were conducted on dry fallen leaves of breadfruit, which has previously been compared by age variations of clinging yellow leaves, falling yellow leaves, fresh green leaves and green fermentation. Method: Comparison of flavonoid contain are conduted by HPLC. Extraction by continous extractor using soxhlet apparature, fractionation by VLC and radial chromatography. Fraction an isolates were monitored by TLC and identification spectrophotometry. Result: HPLC analysis of various leave showed dry fallen gave three compound were isolated. Com ound 1 characterized spectophotometry uv-vis, spectrophotometry IR, IH-NMR, I C-NMR, HSQC, HMBC. Indentified as sitostenone. Compound 2 showed uv spektrum typical of flavonoid with M 392 and tentatively identified as flavon with two prenly substituents. Coumpound 3 showed uv spectrum and co-chromatography identifed as ß-karoten. text
