Description
Summary:The integration of cyber, physical, and social data in Cyber Physical Social Systems (CPSS) is crucial for analyzing and understanding system behavior. CPSS systems entail a large volume or dimension of data as they connect the cyber, physical, and social worlds into a unified entity. Current research on CPSS with large data dimensions applies the concept of transition tensors for data integration. This thesis utilizes transition tensors to reduce and compress data dimensions into a simpler representation. The method implements the concept of transition tensors in the Python programming language. The data sources in this thesis are synthetic and belong to three different domains: cyber, physical, and social data. Each data source has a different tensor order, with tensor 5 th orders for cyber and physical domain data, and 4th order for social domain data. The final tensor data resulting from the implementation of the transition tensor method has an 8th order. By applying the concept of transition tensors in CPSS data integration, this thesis successfully generates a simpler data representation by reducing dimensions up to an 8th order.
