pressure target. The hypertension treatment, that goes for a long time, needs to select the precise drug. Drug election can be done by pharmacoeconomic evaluation. This research compared the combination of antihypertensive class using pharmacoeconomy evaluation based on cost-effectiveness aspect. The outpatient was grouped based on the drug combination. The parameter of treatment's outcome was blood pressure (mmHg) and the parameter of cost was pharmacy netto price. Evaluation of cost-effectiveness was done by Incremental Cost-Effectiveness Ratio (ICER) analysis. This research compared FixedDose Combination (FDC) and Free-Combination (FC); between amlodipine combination; and between combination therapy and monotherapy. Based on ICER analysis, FDC was more cost-effective than FC. Amlodipine-ACEI was more cost-effective than amlodipineARB. Monotherapy was more cost-effective than combination therapy, except for FC ACEI-CCB. The effect of FC ACEI-CCB was higher than ACEI, but the cost was more expensive. FDC ARB-Diuretik was more cost-effective than FDC CCB-ARB for systole. FC ACEI-CCB was more cost-effective than FC CCB-ARB.
