Because of it is still traditional product, not only its ingredients need to be standardized but also the formulation needs to be developed for guarantee the quality of final product based on its sedimentation and stability. The selection of standardized test parameters are based on MMI and WHO which related to product activity. Standardized test parameter which are water content, ethanol soluble extract content, water soluble extract content, tannin content, flavonoid content, total ash content. For formulation, the experiments were sedimentation speed test, organoleptic evaluation, pH stability, viscosity stability, density, redisperse time. Phytochemistry screening for ingredients found alkaloids, flavonoids, triterpenoids, & tannin. Tannin & flavonoids content of ingredients are 10,375% and respectively. At the sedimentation speed test, the best Hv/Ho value was showed by Veegum 8% and AIC13 0,5% from day 0 until 7 (l; l; 1; l; 0,97; 0,97; 0,97). Organoleptic evaluation was passed by the suspension , pH stability at 4±0,015 for 28 days experiment, viscosity stability at 295000±1280 cps (0,5 rpm); 148000±520 cps (1 rpm); 72000±270 cps (2 rpm) for 28 days experiment, suspention density 1,7 Gram/ cm , redisperse time need 10 seconds. The Conclusion is parem adem's ingredients passed most of all standardized test parameter (water content , ethanol soluble extract content, water soluble extract content, tannin content, flavonoid content) except total ash content parameter. Formulation of final product consist of parem adem 60 grams(mesh 80), Veegum PG 8% is chosen as suspending agent , AIC13 (),5% is chosen as floculating agent, natrium benzoate 0,2% as preservatives, aquadest ad 100 mL. text
