Infrastructure that has been built is Cisangkuy Floodway. This study, conducted hydrological analysis to obtain a draft flood discharge at the study site. Furthermore, hydraulic analysis is carried out to find out the existing conditions with TR 20 years to find out how big the impact of flooding by using the help of MIKE FLOOD software. Flood modeling is carried out with several scenarios including existing conditions without control efforts, conditions with flood control efforts in the Citarum River in the form of the construction of Cisangkuy Floodway and with additional flood control efforts with increased height of Citarum and Cisangkuy river embankments. Furthermore, analysis is carried out on each scenario to determine the impact of flooding that occurred at the study site and the effect of the construction of infrastructure on flood and inundation events in the study area. After a study with several scenarios and model simulations using MIKE FLOOD in the 20-TR , it is known that scenario 1 with the existing Citarum River obtained elevation of flood water level in Baleendah around the estuary of Cisangkuy River +661.3 m with a puddle area of 537.86 Ha. In scenario 2 with existing Citarum River and Cisangkuy floodway obtained elevation of flood water level in Baleendah around the estuary of Cisangkuy River +661.1 m with a puddle area of 374.7 ha but found an increase in the value of back water from Citarum River to Cisankuy River. The decrease in flood level elevation occurred at Cisangkuy by 0.2 m and the reduction of the inundation area by 30.34%. . Another Scenarior like scenario 1 and 2 with the condition of Q2 TR on Citarum River and TR 20 in Cisangkuy which shows the absence of flooding in both Cisangkuy and Citarum Rivers and reduction of inundation area by 67.88%. From the results of the simulation scenario that has been done found that Cisangkuy Floodway and the elevation of embankments in the Cisankuy and Citarum Rivers around Kec. Balaeendah will be able to resolve the problem if the backwater effect of the Citarum River can be minimized text
