For those who are not prepared in facing changes, their competitive advantages could turn into their main hindrance in the changing business environment. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> XYZ is facing the changing business environment. Previously, XYZ operated in a stable business environment. Currently, the business environment has changed. XYZ main target markets are the merchants in the traditional markets. The growth of those merchants is started to stagnate due to the competition from the large scale modern markets such as mall or hypermarket. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Hence, the focus of this thesis is to capture the entrepreneurial culture within XYZ, by using EOS and ELQ methods. The measurement upon the corporate entrepreneurial culture is indeed necessary, since corporate entrepreneurial culture is a crucial point that could affect the business performance of a company. The result of the research shows the multidimensional corporate culture within XYZ. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The results of this research show the strength and weaknesses of XYZ. The strengths of XYZare its' ability to have a good human resource empowerment, and has a good support dimension. In the other hand, XYZ main weaknesses are its inflexibility in adapting the new situation and changing of strategy. Those factors could be a potential obstacle for XYZ in anticipating the stagnation of credit in the traditional market sector. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In general, there are two major points for XYZ to implement. The first one is forming an organic structure which is more open and flexible. In the changing environment, XYZ has to have more courage to take the risks and to explore new business opportunity. The second one is to look for new potential market for credit business, and the instalment pattern of the account receivable is short, similar to the merchants in the traditional markets. There are some potential new target markets to be considered by XYZ. The first one is culinary business or to cooperate with the association of ojeg driver. <br /> text
