PT X is an EPC company that are currently evaluating their supplier selection process. This process includes document verification, supplier evaluation, and project documentation. Mahardika (2018) have successfully designed a decision support system prototype to assist the supplier selection process in PT X. However, there are still some shortcomings to the prototype design, as it was intended for internal use. This research will aim to conduct digitalization of documents required for the supplier selection process, in hope to reduce the amount of manual work required to complete this process and to reduce the number of resources needed by PT X. The digitalization process in this research is conducted using FAST methodology that have been modified to suit the needs of this research. This methodology includes analysis of the current supplier selection process, requirements mapping, process design, database design, design of I/O documents, as well as the design of a web-based system. The testing of the system prototype has been conducted through verification and validation process, so that it could be implemented by PT X as soon as possible.
