The disruption of digital technology also has a positive impact on MSMEs, especially in the marketing realm. The phenomenon of shipping costs in distribution is considered to be one of the problems with digital technology disruption because it is still done physically. Through Gudang Yubi (Guyub), Yukbisnis wants to create a distribution channel for MSME products with competitive postage. The existing conditions make Guyub challenged to create more efficient shipping costs by developing inventory-distribution schemes at Guyub through the creation of new small distribution points that are integrated with each other, in accordance with the multi echelon concept. The existence of these integrated distribution points will have an impact on 2 things, namely the platform and inventory policy, which answered through this research. On the aspect of platform customization, an iterative system development approach method will be used to answer the needs of the new scheme with the concept of a digital supply chain. In preparing the inventory policy, the joint economic lot size model will be used, so that the inventory policy made is based on integration between echelons and efficiency in the system as a whole. This model has a reorder point decision variable for each echelon, order/production size for each echelon, stock reserves for retailer echelons, and delivery frequency for depot and retailer echelons. This research resulted in platform customization consisting of 9 functional requirements grouped into 4 subsystems combined on 2 platforms, which were able to integrate all echelon entities in the development scheme created. In the aspect of inventory policy, the overall cost efficiency of the system is up to Rp. 772,058,825.42/year (24.6%) with a development scheme. text
