Description
Summary:Kantor Jasa Surveyor Kadaster Berlisensi (KJSKB) Lalu Akhmad Farhan is a survey and mapping company and also a partner of the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning (ATR)/ National Land Agency (BPN). In 2020, the Ministry of ATR/BPN issued a roadmap for 2020- 2024 to manifest the idea of Digital Melayani (DILAN). Based on the roadmap, the Ministry of ATR/BPN will expand their service to electronic services in 2020-2021 by issuing an electronic land certificate. KJSKB Lalu Akhmad Farhan, the provider of physical data for the land certificate, is impacted by that decision. KJSKB Lalu Akhmad Farhan has to collect and process physical data using digital technology as part of the transformation. Not only drives by an external factor but also within internal of the company support the need to transform due to the complexity of project management digitally. Before making improvements, it is essential to know the current maturity level of digital transformation. In this study, the extent to which digital transformation in a company is assessed using a questionnaire designed based on the Digital Transformation Maturity Index which consists of eight dimensions: strategic, leadership, market, operations, people and expertise, culture, governance, and technology. Then, the median of the indicators for each question was determined. Low median value is used as an indicator of an existing problem in the company. Next, the gap between the current condition and the ideal condition is analyzed. Based on the analysis result, the improvements recommendation is proposed by using the MoSCow technique (must have, should have, could have, will not have this time) and the ICE model (impact, confidence, ease). It is ranked based on its priority. The digital transformation maturity assessment results showed that KJSKB Lalu Akhmad Farhan needs improvement based on twelve indicators. Therefore, each improvement was designed in the form of a project charter. The project charters consist of company registration on the Masyarakat Ahli Survei Kadaster Indonesia (MASKI) community service platform, preparation of standard operating procedure (SOP) for evaluating digital strategies, formation of a digitization team, designing dashboards for controlling company activities, utilizing project collaboration applications, designing digital libraries, and designing continuous improvement mechanisms. The seven improvements are summarized in the roadmap for 2021- 2022.
