INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/79393 Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) is a concept developed to support airport management. In Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, A-CDM operationalization is hindered by problems related to interaction between airport operator and other airport stakeholders. To be successfully implemented, A-CDM heavily relies on collaboration with airport stakeholders that it is largely affected by positive and negative risks brought by the stakeholders. Hence, this study is aimed to recommend stakeholder management strategies to further support A-CDM operationalization in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. In this study, documentation of strategic objectives is conducted to capture the success measurement of A-CDM operationalization. Subsequently, every stakeholder involved is identified and assessed based on their potential to support and threaten the objective fulfilment. Afterwards, stakeholder prioritization is conducted, considering the stakeholder salience and threat probability. Further stakeholder classification is then performed to compose strategy recommendations. The study finds no less than 16 stakeholder groups in A-CDM operationalization. Airline, Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP), regulator, as well as management and employee of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) are classified into priority stakeholders. Furthermore, there are 20 strategy recommendations for stakeholder management, namely gathering feedbacks from stakeholders, involving stakeholder in projects as steering committee, and composing routine accountability reports for asset utilization. text
