Bandung is one of the high and constant disaster risk score areas from 2015 to 2018, a risk score of 174, due to the constant capacity of handling the disaster. BNPB has a target to reduce the level of disaster risk score by 30%. This target can be achieved by enhancing the disaster capacity of a city. Thus, there is a gap between the constant disaster risk score with BNPB’s target in Bandung. Nowadays, the distribution facility is centralized in the Pemda Kabupaten Bandung region. Such a system resulting in the distribution process of emergency resources take time which the locals always complained about. Therefore, this research aims to determine warehouse location by cluster analysis and gravity location model using the Geographic Information System (SIG) like ArcMap. The result is to locate six warehouses that minimize the total cost and reduce the response time. This result in a cost-efficiency result of Rp 16.757.167.186 per year or 47% from the current situation. text |
