Based on the preliminary study conducted, there are usability problems experienced by users while using the DTP Internship version 2.0 website. This study aims to evaluate the usability of the DTP Internship version 2.0 website and provide recommendation for improvements that can increase this website’s usability. Usability evaluation was conducted using usability testing method through performance measurement and concurrent think aloud (CTA) involving 20 participants who were divided into two groups based on their experience level of using this website. The evaluation was also carried out using usability inquiry method by giving three questionnaires to the participants, namely, the Single Ease Questionnaire (SEQ) to determine user satisfaction for each task, System Usability Scale (SUS) to determine overall satisfaction towards the website, and Questionnaire for User Interface Satisfaction (QUIS) to determine user satisfaction towards usability aspects of the website. The results of this study indicate that when observed by each task, the usability of the DTP Internship version 2.0 website can be categorized as fairly good because majority of the tasks tested proved to be effective, efficient, and satisfactory enough. However, if it is observed by its usage in real conditions, where failure on a task will result in users failing to continue the recruitment and selection process for the internship program because the tasks are sequential, the effectiveness in facilitating the recruitment and selection process is still low, which is only 20,35%. Therefore, 23 improvement recommendations were proposed to overcome existing problems and increase the usability of the DTP Internship version 2.0 website. text
