This is the impact of the lack of character education in teenagers. Teenagers need to realize the importance of honesty and trustworthiness in everyday life. Telling the Jataka story engraved on Borobudur Temple can teach teenagers the importance of character and moral values. Jataka stories can be brought through media that is liked by teenagers, for example videogames. Interaction in videogames can teach players about character values with the concept of 'play and learn'. Games like puzzle games can test playerslogic. The process of designing a puzzle game to teach teenagers about moral values through Jataka stories began with a literature review regarding the reliefs of Borobudur Temple, Jataka stories, puzzle games, and teenage psychography. Then, it continued with observations of Jataka reliefs, interviews with practitioners, and questionnaires to teenagers. The research results are then used as a guide for the puzzle game’s design. The game design is oriented towards game elements that are liked by teenagers aged 12-16 years. The resulting design is a mobile puzzle game with narrative and role-playing (RPG) elements. The story in the game is designed to be non-linear to train sensitivity to moral values and show the consequences of the player's actions. text
