With those both condition, Retarding Pond Wiyung has a capacity for 410.000 m3 The elevation of water in the river as a debt Final thrower is + 7.9, so that a debt thrower from the Retarding Pond Wiyung is done by a pump. Pump Capacity are 4 units which is 2,5 mil sec or 10 m3 /sec. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Inflow debt simulation is appeared by Flood hydrograph which is plan from a Various Frequent periods (1 year-20 years), and the pump out flow debt with Various units amount (4-6), Capacity (2,5-9 m3 /sec). The result of a method of flood routing within a Reservoir is, pump capacity (4 units, 2.5 m3 /sec) only able to control the water level within reservoir (LWL <LWL waduk < HWL) for the inflow flood debt for a year (Qp=31,03 m3 /sec, Tp= 1.5 hours). For the plan of Flood debt with frequent period for over a year (2 year-20 years): Simulation result of the water level control within Retarding Pond Wiyung is needed more amount of pumps and bigger capacity (6 units, capacity 4,0-9,0 m3 /sec), with pump operation timing approximately 17.5-21 hours. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Based on design report information (1998) Retarding Pond Wiyung was planned for flood debt 40 m3/sec, which able to dried off using 4 units of pump 2,5 m3 /sec. Latest simulation result (2002), show that Retarding Pond Wiyung with its pump capacity is only able to dried off the plan of debt flood for 31,03 m3/sec. so, the service of Retarding Pond Wiyung has been decrease for 25%, ((40-31,03)/40 100%=22%.-25%) for 20 years (1988-2002). <br /> text
