Based on Interview and Observation, Javanese food and beverages was chosen because no restaurants or cafe selling Javanese food and beverages and no restaurant or cafe has a comfortable place with Java modern concept. Based on interview with 20 students UNPAD Fikom Ekstensi, 18 students like the menu that Java Blend offers and from interview with 20 students ITB, 17 students like the menu that Java Blend offers. Estimation 700 students live around Tubagus Ismail Street, 90% of it is 630 students that will be interested with Java Blend Cafe. <br />

Peoples like to consume a good food and beverages, and they try to find a comfortable place to consume their food and beverages. In this era, people love to visit Cafes that serves not only a delicious food but also that could be use to relax and chat with their friends, as a 'hangout' place and many cafes compete with others to get the trustiness from the customers. <br />

To satisfy those needs, Java Blend will present the Tubagus Ismail Raya Street No 2G a Cafe that serves various Javanese food and has the comfortable place and with Java modern concept. Society that lives around Tubagus Ismail and around Dago can enjoy the menus with Java style from Java Blend Cafe concept. Special menu that Java Blend offers are Podeng Ice, Dingin-dingin Empuk Ice, Java Blend Sandwich, Ponorogo Sate, and Angsle. Apart from enjoying the menus, the society can also enjoy the atmosphere and the comfortable place that are served by Java Blend being accompanied by music from MP3 and the comfortable couches, the community will be guarantee to be comfortable and feels satisfied to always come to Java Blend Cafe. <br />

By capital of beginning investment Rp 143,282,400.00, Java Blend has a market size about Rp 1,915,100 which comes from Rp 783,200 at day sales and Rp 1,131,900 at night sales. Java Blend Cafe offers IRR of 37.59%, payback the period eight months and NPV as big as Rp 153,989,083 in the year to two. <br />
