Description
Summary:Technology roadmaping (TRM) in institution, especially universities, is crucial for planning future technology development. Its implementation requires periodic achievement measurements, enabling adjustments based on realized outcomes and planned targets. This research aims to analyze the role of System Readiness Level (SRL) in the Technology Roadmapping (TRM) for Cybercampus development. Cybercampus is an integrated application developed by Airlangga Universities to support academic processes involving stakeholders. The scope of this research includes 20 business process related to academic services for students. The research methodology involbes five stages: TRM development, measurement of Technology Readiness Level (TRL), measurement of Integration Readiness Level (IRL), measurement of SRL, and SRL achievement analysis. Based on the research findings, SRL achievement for 2020, 2021, and 2022 are 0.241 (concept refinement phase), 0.348 (concept refinement phase), and 0.536 (concept refinement phase) respectively. The evaluation of the solution is success based on SRL measurements indicates good performance, with RMSE value of 0.06871828.
