The Rebana Metropolitan Area is one of the mega projects in the northern coastal region of the island of Java carried out by the Indonesian government, especially in West Java to improve the economy, where development in this area is increasing in line with population growth and land conversion. The construction of this megaproject is very vulnerable to various disasters, especially land subsidence, where this phenomenon has occurred in several large cities such as Jakarta and Semarang. The accumulated land subsidence of land cover area and affected population will be calculated in 20 sub-districts along the Rebana Metropolitan coast. Land subsidence was identified using Sentinel-1A imagery with recording for 5 years, while for the affected areas and population using land use data from Rupa Bumi Indonesia, for population using data from the Central Statistics Agency. The result is that the average land subsidence in Rebana is 0.013 m/year while for the sub-district it is around 0.001-0.041 cm/year. Vulnerability in the West Java coast was estimated using the CVI (Coastal Vulnerability Index) method. The results showed that 76.1 km was in the very vulnerable class out of a total length of 200.35 km or around 44%. Where the highest CVI vulnerability values are in Pasekan District, Losarang District, Indramayu Regency and Pangganghaur District. Pusakanagara District, which generally has paddy fields and dense residential areas, is in Subang Regency with the construction of 1 international port, namely the Patimban port. Built-up areas with a decline of 0.04 m/year are in real danger, just like other big cities in the Javanese coast. Where in the future real impacts such as robberies will occur more quickly if not handled properly. Decision makers should plan further management in highly vulnerable areas. text
