Summary: | In one of the telecommunications company's divisions, the wholesale division,
performance measurement is carried out by the performance team through updates
to several websites. The performance websites used are weekly web, monthly web,
and quarterly web. Having quite a lot of websites used will create the possibility of
unclear information and data when presented to the sales team to support the
direction of sales movements in searching revenue. Revenue is needed by the team
to achieve company targets. For sales employees, achieving target will result to good
incentives. Improvements in communication and website appearance are needed to
support sales performance. The methodology used in this research includes
quantitative to determine the most effective form of communication within a team,
as well as qualitative to improve automation and website efficiency. Communication
regarding the performance web within the team will be carried out intensively during
the transition period from 3 performance webs to one form of integrated performance
web. When communication is carried out effectively within the team, the sales team
will be able to clearly know their performance on a weekly basis to help move sales
direction. A form of embedded performance website in the form of an application
into the sales team's device will also help the sales team in looking for order
prospects or order progress movement until completion.
