This Final Project describes a methodical investigation of the causes of these delays, with a specific emphasis on the interaction between employee skills, involvement, and communication with stakeholders during the commissioning phase. This research is conducted within the framework of TNT's project management consultancy for MS, with the main aim of uncovering practical insights to successfully address the underlying reasons behind these delays. The research employed a qualitative research approach and conducted semi-structured interviews of key stakeholders, such as project managers and commissioning agents. The interviews were subjected to a comprehensive thematic analysis to discover recurring patterns and themes. This process ensured that the resulting strategies were based on the detailed and complex facts of the project environment. The theme analysis was substantiated by a comprehensive scrutiny of secondary data sources, including the PMBOK 6th Edition and pertinent scholarly publications, in order to provide a robust theoretical basis for the research. The thematic analysis uncovered fundamental concerns including insufficient technical proficiency, subpar project management methods, and cultural communication obstacles. By combining these discoveries, the study provides practical remedies aimed at improving the skill level of project staff, strengthening involvement, and refining communication methods. The analysis indicates that these enhancements are essential for aligning with Indonesia's digital growth path and achieving project success. text
