This study is aimed to measure the noise level and to analyze the acoustic system in a train cockpit. By defining a suitable sound insulator and based on the principles of the acoustic system and noise control, an optimal working conditions in a train cockpit will be resulted. Furthermore, it is also found that the material fitted for train cockpit sound insulator is roc/moo/ STC 30. <br /> text
