Description
Summary:Corporate innovation and technology transformation have become increasingly important, with a notable surge in technology investments aimed at fostering innovation between 2018 and 2021, amounting to a total investment of $1.34 billion in 2021 alone. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly accelerated the pace of digital transformation, leading organizations to adopt digital technology three to seven years ahead of schedule. In this context, GK Plug and Play serves as a platform that supports the digital transformation processes of Indonesian corporations through innovative consulting services. However, it is crucial for GK Plug and Play to evaluate their current performance management system, as they have experienced a decline in corporate partner contracts, resulting in lower annual revenue. To address this challenge, the proposed approach involves utilizing ethnographic methods such as domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, component analysis, and theme analysis to identify a more effective performance management system that can enhance the company's capabilities and help them achieve their objectives.
