Summary:SME is one of the largest economic backbones in Indonesia. Based on data from BPS, SME pay significant part to Indonesia’s GDP. In order to improve current competitiveness, a latest technology of open source ERP is required. However, there are still many SME yet to used open source ERP due to lack of information pertaining to it. Therefore, a research on open source ERP adoption for SME’s is required to increase the interest on the new technology. The research model was prepared based on previous research related to open source ERP adoption. The selected TOE framework is a reliable measurement method for adoption of open source ERP technology. Data collection was collected on some SME in Bandung and its surroundings that interested to adopt an open source ERP. Data obtained through 81 hardcopy and online questionnaires based on Likert scale 6. Testing data was using PLS-SEM method. The results of this research indicate that TOE framework’s factors, such as relative advantage, the decision maker's innovativeness, organizational readiness and competitive pressure may affect the SME’s interest to adopt an open source ERP technology. The higher the value of these factors, the greater the interest of SME to adopt of open source ERP technology.
