Based on Presidential Decree (Keppres) Number 6/2017 concerning Determination of the Outermost Small Island, the number of ooutermost small island is currently 111 islands scattered throughout Indonesian water. These outermost small islands have potential resources that are not widely known by society. The Final Project aims to provide information to the public and the government regarding the potential resources that exist on these islands so that their management can be carried out as effectively as possible. The research method is carried out by collecting data on the potential information of these islands in the form of an inventory. Then visualized into a GIS (Geographic Information System) that can be accessed by the whole community. With the existence of an information system regarding the potential of resources on the island, it is hoped that it can support the government and th community to play an active role in making policies to manage, maintain and utilize the potential resources on these islands. text |
