INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/80099 The Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas) is targeted by the government to achieve oil production of 1 million barrels per day (BOPD) and gas production of 12 billion standard cubic feet per day (BSCFD) by 2030. SKK Migas through PT. Pertamina EP must look for fields for drilling in order to achieve the targets that have been set. The Pasirjadi structure is one of the fields owned by PT. Pertamina EP still has quite a lot of gas reserves. To achieve the target, a drilling work plan for 4 (four) wells has been prepared and targeted for completion in 2024. From the history of drilling in the Pasirjadi structure, circulation loss always occurs when drilling the Parigi layer. This research hopes to overcome the problem of circulation loss in the Parigi layer while drilling 4 (four) wells in the Pasirjadi structure. The fishbone diagram method looks for several possible causes of circulation loss in the Pasirjadi structure. The main causal factors were then determined from several possible causal factors using a brainstorming method involving subject matter experts in Pertamina EP zone 7. The brainstorming method was also used to determine several alternative solutions by changing the design and drilling operations to be carried out, and these alternative solutions are (1) Pilot hole, (2) Intermediate casing, (3) Additional trajec 6", (4) Casing while drilling. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method uses super decision software to select the best solution from existing alternative solutions based on the criteria: well cost, drilling time, HSE aspects, well integrity, operability, and maintainability. Based on the results of the AHP analysis, it was found that the additional trajec 6" was the best choice, with a value reaching 40.5%. The final stage of this research is to create a strategy and plan for the best solution, namely an additional trajec 6", so that it can be implemented according to time, cost, and no safety issues. The drilling implementation plan must be implemented and monitored according to the time frame created by preparing resources: costs, materials, and people. text |
