In this globalization era, the uses of information and technology are very influencial in social life. Information technology nowadays has become one of primary needs that must be fulfilled and had by all people. Telecommunication technology is very important for civilization because with this technology, people can be easier to communicate and make an interaction although they are separated in distance. The easy to get a communication and information which people have among each other makes the used of telecommunication technology had become a tool for business process in social life. The role of telecommunication technology has become a part of global business and used for more complex needs. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> According to this condition, XYZ as a unit of new product development PT DEF must see the trend as an opportunity and a potential of profit. XYZ must work hard to create innovative products which have high performance and can compete to its competitor. To have succeeded in these conditions, XYZ must have high rate of innovation so that XYZ can sustain its existence in the market and can compete with many competitors. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> To observe the condition of innovation in XYZ, researcher develop this research to make an assessment about the stimulating innovation factors, which are 8 dimensions/factors, that XYZ has. This assessment is using a questionnaire and delivered to all employees in XYZ. The data which have been collected from the questionnaire later have to be analyzed to see the innovation performance. Based on the questionnaire result, there are three kinds innovation stimulating factors which are not in good performance. These three kinds of stimulating factors need to be addressed by proposing an improvement implementation to make the innovation in XYZ have a better performance than before. <br />
