Energy security is the uninterrupted availability of energy sources at an affordable
price. Energy security greatly affects the economy of a country. One of the
important forms of energy in Indonesia is fuel oil. The construction of a Fuel Oil
Terminal is a way that can be done to realize fuel energy security. Pangkalan Bun
is a strategic and potential area because this area is a transit city that serves other
districts in the vicinity. Therefore, realizing fuel energy security by building Fuel
Oil Terminal in Pangkalan Bun is very important.
The scope of design consists of determining the dock dimensions, structural
