Summary:PT. Krakatau Tirta Industri is a company that provides drinking water needs in the Cilegon City for domestic and industrial sectors. Krenceng WTP is one of the WTPs owned by PT. Krakatau Tirta Industri that uses raw water from the Krenceng Dam and the Cidanau River. The aim of this research is to obtain effective processing options with raw water from the Krenceng Dam and the Cidanau River using Alum and PAC coagulants with the processing options of one-stage coagulation, addition of coagulants aid, and two-stage coagulation. The coagulant aid that is used is Bentonite which can help absorb colloid particles thereby accelerating floc formation. Two-stage coagulation divides the coagulant dose into each stage. The samples used are sample 1 (Krenceng Dam 13 November 2022), sample 2 (Cidanau River 13 November 2022), and sample 3 (Krenceng Dam 01 March 2023). From the test results, it was found that an effective processing option was obtained for sample 1 with PAC coagulant and Bentonite with parameters pH 6.9, turbidity 3.03 NTU, and color 5 TCU; sample 2 with PAC coagulant with parameters pH 6.95, turbidity 1.05 NTU, and color 12.5 TCU, and sample 3 with Alum coagulant and Bentonite with parameters pH 6.48, turbidity 1.19 NTU, and color 10 TCU
