All of these universities with their own uniqueness and strength are competing in getting new students every semester.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> University in some degree are similar to other service industry, where customer (students) satisfaction are one of the major factor to win the competition and for the grow of the business its self.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Students satisfaction will lead to promotion in form of word of mouth, students will pursue higher education in the same institution (repeat purchase), campus recruitment, alumni becoming guest lecturer, or other form of valued alumni. Student satisfactions are also one of key success for MBA ITB to compete with other university. Above all, student’s satisfaction in all aspect of students learning experience should be a professional commitment from MBA ITB to all of its stakeholders.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research is not just for determine the degree of students satisfaction level but it is also as a tool to assist the management of the university to identify their strength and area that is still need to be improve that will lead to a better student satisfaction. text
