Pusdai Street and Surapati Street are among the streets in Bandung where hawkers operates. The choice of these streets by hawkers is driven by the high level of interaction in these areas. This is due to the presence of two public facilities nearby, Cihaurgeulis Traditional Market and Pusdai. There is a plan to revitalize Cihaurgeulis Market, hoping it can serve as an alternative location for hawkers around Cihaurgeulis Market to conduct their business. However, the selling characteristic difference between hawkers and market traders makes it challenging to identify hawkers's desires to move from sidewalks and roadside to the Cihaurgeulis Market after the revitalization process has finished. This research focuses on identifying the selling characteristic of street vendors on Pusdai Street and Surapati Street, their interest in selling at Cihaurgeulis Market after revitalization, the relationship between selling characteristic and the desire to sell at Pasar Cihaurgeulis, and the characteristics of selling locations in the market preferred by hawkers. The studied hawkers characteristics include the characteristics of selling locations, facilities, commodities, and selling management. The analysis employs both qualitative and quantitative methods, with data collected through interviews and questionnaires. The results indicate that comfort and the willingness to relocate have a connection with hawkers's desire to utilize the revitalized Cihaurgeulis Market. Furthermore, considering commodities, facilities, and selling time, hawkers who tend to want to utilize Cihaurgeulis Market share characteristics similar to traders in the traditional market. Additionally, some hawkers that already have plans or aspirations to sell in the market are more likely to move to Cihaurgeulis Market after revitalization. text
