Situated along the west coast of Java Island, this geopark offers various captivating tourist attractions divided into several geotourism trails based on the 2019-2029 Geopark Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu Masterplan. The Ciletuh Amphiteater Geotourism Trail is one of the priority geotourism trails in CPUGGp, showcasing geodiversity, biodiversity, and culturdiversity. Landscape design for the Ciletuh Amphiteater Geotourism Trail is necessary to enhance the quality of CPUGGp and provide tourists with a comprehensive experience. The methodology comprises three stages: data collection, data analysis, and design. Methods include continuous/stop-motion walking and literature review for data collection; direct analysis, case studies, and landscape quality assessment for data analysis; and design methods for the design stage. The Econarrative Restoration Landscape concept is adopted to create a narrative and educational landscape for tourists while raising awareness of the importance of environmental conservation. At the macro, meso, and micro levels, the Amfiteater Ciletuh geotourism trail is developed considering geological, natural, and cultural diversity. Based on this, the thesis produces planning for the Amfiteater Ciletuh Geotourism Trail and design for priority Tourism Objects such as the Conservation Museum, Curug Puncakmanik, Curug Awang, and Curug Tengah. This design is expected to serve as an attractive development model for other areas within CPUGGp. text |
