The population of Indonesia is the fourth largest in the world, with a total population of 277.7 million people. One of the provinces in Indonesia that possesses natural resources and a growing population is the Southeast Sulawesi Province. In order to facilitate the movement of commodities, goods, and people in Southeast Sulawesi, there is a port in the provincial capital, namely Kendari Port. Several facilities need to be considered according to applicable standards, such as navigation channels and turning basins for navigation and berthing facilities. Dredging activities will be carried out to create and maintain the condition of the turning basins and navigation channels according to standards. Based on the analysis, dredging activities for fine to coarse sand materials amounting to 2,940,380 m³ will be carried out by designing according to OCDI 2020 and British Standard 6349. The chosen dredging equipment is TSHD Vox Amalia 18900 m³ with a production capacity of 55,094 m³/day and a work duration of 50 days, resulting in a total project cost of IDR 493,381,675,582.01.- text
