Summary:Currently, Generation Z has an active period at work, jobs that are in great demand for Generation Z are investment jobs, influencers, content creators, and business owners. Every year the number of Generation Z workers in corporates tends to decrease even though Generation Z graduates continue to increase. There is a tendency that they prefer to be self-employed, and do not like working led by other people, especially those from different generations. Therefore, leaders who have characteristics that can match Generation Z, such as transformational leadership style, situational leadership style, and charismatic leadership style which has a leadership style theory in line with Generation Z. Data collection took the form of a questionnaire distributed to respondents with a sample of 100 Generation Z respondents working in the cities of Jakarta and Surabaya. The approach used in this research is a quantitative research approach. This research aims to find out whether transformational leadership style, situational leadership style, and charismatic leadership style influence Generation Z. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 29.0 data processing software. The results of this research show that simultaneously transformational leadership style, situational leadership style, and charismatic leadership style have a positive and significant effect on Generation Z's work motivation, and recommendations for this research will be given to leaders, companies, and Generation Z.
