總結:Utilize alternate forms of transportation, such as electric cars, to achieve cleaner energy, better air quality, fewer petrol emissions, and a more environmentally friendly atmosphere. This is expected to protect endurance energy while reducing fuel oil use. By installing vehicle charging facilities in public areas such as airports, it is hoped that this will encourage an increase in the population of electric vehicles. Therefore, this research creates an EVCS roadmap for 2024-2030 in the Soekarno- Hatta International Airport area using the Monte Carlo method with three optimistic, moderate, and pessimistic scenarios to make predictions about the number of electric vehicles and the number of EVCS. From the results of calculations with a maximum airport electricity purchase rate of Rp. 1100-1200 /kWh and the electric vehicle charging rate (EVCS) to consumers is Rp. 2475 /kWh obtained a positive NPV with an IRR above the WACC value of 8.09%, which is still profitable for partners or investors who will invest in installing and operating SPKLU in the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport area. From the results of load flow analysis using ETAP software for electrical systems and distribution network equipment with the inclusion of EVCS loads according to the roadmap number for 2024 - 2030, there is no equipment load reaching 80% and the voltage drop is only 5% until the increase in load in 2030 is still within normal limits.
