This research evaluates the investment analysis of a construction maintenance project for PT. ABC in Indonesia. The research systematically evaluates both external and internal business environments through Porter's Five Forces and VRIO framework, respectively. It scrutinizes the competitive dynamics, regulatory challenges, and internal capabilities of PT. ABC. Additionally, the study investment analysis use indicators like Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PBP), and Profitability Index (PI), to assess the contract's feasibility. Significant attention is paid to sensitivity analysis and Monte Carlo simulation to estimate the impact of various risk factors on the project’s financial outcomes. The findings suggest that the contract is economically feasible under current assumptions. The research concludes by recommending strategies for risk mitigation and suggests methods for improving future project evaluations in similar contexts.
