The Banyuwangi Regency has many potentials that can be utilized as tourist attractions, ranging from natural attractions to cultural tourism. The Banyuwangi government has been striving for this through annual programs such as the Banyuwangi Festival and regional distribution programs such as the Diamond Triangle. However, government efforts that only focus on certain tourist attractions create information imbalances for tourists, thus closing the possibility of tourist visits to rarely exposed tourist attractions. This also brings disadvantages to the local community in terms of economics and accessibility. This design aims to analyze the problems and provide solutions that can address these issues. The research method used is a qualitative method by collecting several sources from literature surveys and field observations. The collected data is then analyzed as the basis for designing the Tourist Information Center with the concept of the Osing tribe philosophy 'sak corotan dadi seduluran' which means from one sip (of coffee) becomes one brotherhood. This design is expected to address the problems of Banyuwangi Regency so that it can develop well.
