Key stakeholders, including fishermen, processors, and company management, provided valuable perspectives on challenges and opportunities related to quality, quantity, and continuity. Data analysis involves qualitative data analysis (QDA). This systematic process interprets non-numerical data to uncover underlying meanings, patterns, and themes. Thematic analysis, within the context of supply chain management, quality, quantity, and continuity, serves to identify key challenges and opportunities. The flexible, iterative nature of QDA accommodates the emergent nature of qualitative data. The study contributes to the broader understanding of supply chain management, emphasizing the importance of total quality management in addressing challenges and enhancing efficiency.
