To involving society into this programme we should know how much society valuing Kaligarang River water quality as a need that have to fulfilled. The objective of this research is analysing benefit value of Kaligarang River water quality by assessing society willingness to pay with Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). This research conducted by asking directly to 100 household around Kaligarang River with simple random sampling method. Analysis Willingness To Pay for Kaligarang River water quality improvement with CVM show that society willingness to pay range from Rp.500 – Rp.5000 with WTPmax Rp. 3000/month. This society WTP is influenced by respondent education, income and outcome. Benefit value for Kaligarang River water quality improvement is Rp. 5.172.000/ month. WTP survey that has been conducted show good indication for supporting Kaligarang River water quality programme.
