This is necessary to address various issues that arise during the patient health examination process, such as untimely patient data delivery and excessive workload. The quality of care and patient follow-up are crucial due to the patient's condition. Therefore, this final project develops an Internet of Things (IoT)-based solution to monitor patient health and expedite the delivery of pa- tient information. The device utilizes multiple sensors to measure SpO2 levels, body temperature, heart rate, and electrocardiogram, and can be accessed through a web application, sending notifications via WhatsApp if the patient's condition deteriorates. The final project focuses on device development using the V-Model development method. The result is a "Proof of Concept," which is an initial conceptual design for a device used to monitor patient health. The Proof of Concept (PoC) begins with technol- ogy selection, followed by software and hardware implementation, then enters the test- ing phase for each component and integrated component testing. Based on the results of the Acceptance Test conducted with doctors and medical staff at Advent Hospital, the device is deemed acceptable and is expected to serve as a tool to expedite patient data delivery to doctors. text
