Summary: | Banten Province has high industrial potential where the contribution of industrial land area reaches 13% throughout Indonesia, with at least 20 industrial estates. Cilegon City, located in Banten Province, has a strategic geographical location. This advantage makes Cilegon City an important part of the largest economic route in Indonesia, connecting Java Island and Sumatra Island through the Jabodetabek - Banten - Lampung route. With this position, Cilegon City has great potential in the economic sector so that Warnasari Terminal will be built for the accessibility of goods flow. Therefore, a study was conducted that aims to design a multipurpose operation pattern and determine the capital costs and handling rates in the final project entitled Multipurpose Operation System Design of Warnasari Terminal, Port of Banten, Cilegon City, Banten Province. The discussion in this final project includes the design of the dock operation pattern, the design of the stacking field operation pattern, the calculation of capital costs, and the determination of multipurpose cargo handling rates. The results of the calculation of the design handling capacity at the dock obtained are 11,574,619.6 tons/year and the results of the calculation of the design handling capacity in the piling yard obtained are 4,907,868.53 tons/year. While the capital cost required in 2026 amounted to Rp191,054,739,797.78. In determining multipurpose cargo handling rates, three different discount rate values are used: 10%, 15%, and 20%. In this study, the handling fee varies based on terminal conditions and will increase every two years.
