Preeclampsia is a multisystem disorder that occurs in the pregnancy period above 20 weeks, characterized by high blood pressure accompanied by disorders of other systems. Medication Use Evaluation (EPO) is the process of evaluating rationality in medication using data on its use in the health care system, then comparing it with established standards. Intervention using antihypertensives is needed to control blood pressure and prevent seizures. The aim of this study was to evaluate the use of antihypertensives in preeclampsia patients at the Central General Hospital (RSUP) Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung complies with the National Guidelines for Medical Services for the Management of Pregnancy Complications in terms of rightness of indications, drugs, routes dosage. The research method used was descriptive observational with retrospective sample data collection from patient medical records for the period January 2022 - December 2022. The subjects in this study were 77 patients. Evaluation of the use of antihypertensives at RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung in preeclampsia patients showed 100% right indication, 92.8% right drug, 100% right route of administration, and 87.77% right dose. The results of the study showed the use of antihypertensives in preeclampsia patients at RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin has good accuracy in use.
