The existence of halal tourism in Indonesia has been widely discussed. Moreover, for Indonesia, tourism is the mainstay sector in increasing state revenue. With the high potential market for Muslim tourists in Indonesia, several regions of Indonesia are starting to move to develop halal tourism, one of which is Lombok Island. The development of halal tourism is supported by the availability of the ACES Model (Accessibility, Communication, Environtment, Services) Components. ACES Model Components will be used as a benchmark in determining the level of readiness and success of halal tourism. The analysis method used in this study was a descriptive qualitative analysis and analysis of the readiness of halal tourism to determine the level of readiness of regional halal tourism in Lombok Island. The data used were primary and secondary data. Primary data were through interviews and observations, while secondary data were through relevant agencies in the form of statistical data, regulatory documents, and study documents. Furthermore, data were processed using scoring analysis. The results of the study showed that the readiness in Accessibility components was on a receptive scale with a percentage of 80%, readiness in Communication components was on an optimal scale with a percentage of 85.7%, the readiness in Environtment was on a receptive scale with a percentage of 73.3%, and the readiness in Services was in optimal scale with a percentage of 96%. Overall, ACES Model Components were in optimal scale with a percentage of 83.75%. According to the score above, it can be stated that the readiness of halal tourism in Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara Province has been optimal or has been able to collaborate as a key component so that they can generate a strategy that can be utilized in accelerating the achievements in developing halal tourism in Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara Province. text
