As they take time to plan and travel to holiday destination, tour and travel companies exist to help travellers deciding on their itinerary. Colourindo Holiday sees opportunity on the growing market and decides to join the market with tour and travel package. The main objective on this research is to find out what young professional Australian traveller preference on their vacation in Bali through data mining on twitter as it is one of the biggest social media and good for sharing personal experiences. The result will be the tour and travel package idea based on what young professional traveller likes and dislikes.
